InspiresI am Ashok Kumar Pradhan. I was born on Feb. 22,1962 in the village of Khotang Bazar VDC-1, Khotang District, Sagarmatha Zone, Nepal. I am the 3rd Oldest of 4 Children. My Father was Late Gaduldhoj Pradhan & Mother was Late Bal Kumari Pradhan. I Studied Class 9 and 10 at Shree Bhagawati Vocational Secondary School Khotang Bazar and gained my SLC Examination with 1st Division and it was the 1st Position of Khotang District in 1982. I Obtained my Intermediate Examination in 1986 and Bachelor's Degree Examination in 1989 as a Private Student from Tribhuvan University. I Studied my Masters Degree in Economics in TU in 1990-92 and Obtained the Degree in 1992. I Completed my 2nd MA in Nepali and Bachelors Degree in Law in 1998. I Obtained my Professional Advocate-ship in 2000. After completing MA (Economics) I joined Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Ltd.-Biratnagar in 2051/05/15 BS. as a Senior Officer. In between 2051 (Aug 31,1994) -2067 (Sept 17, 2011) I worked in the field of Microfinance- at Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, Saptari, Siraha and Udayapur Districts at Branch, Main Branch and Central Office level- Office Managing, Plan Preparation of Field Based Microfinance Program and its Implementation, Supervision as well as Program Monitoring to Improve the Socio-economic Status of the Rural Poor. Then I took VRS from the Institutionon at 2067/06/01 (Sept 17, 2011). Now I am Working: as a Chairman at Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Sunsari since July 09, 2014.
