InspiresFirstly, thank you kindly for reading my profile. I'm a very friendly person with a great sense of humour. I like to champion lost causes (not that you are one) and believe that a Chinese person cursed me to live in interesting times. I am currently employed as an attorney at a law firm in Pretoria. I do believe in self-improvement and to that end I am an eternal student. I am a voracious reader and devour books at a relentless pace. I read most genres though I avoid self-help books like the plague or people who have the common cold. I learnt how to cook when I was 16 and can make most Indian cuisine. For the most part I am self-taught though through much trial and error. I experience abject disappointment any time I am forced to eat bland food. Hindu Dharma is important to me and as such I also participate in religious functions and events that are conducted by the religious organisations in the community. I also play an active role in Hindu Youth Development activities. I have also studied as a purohit and conduct the occasional puja, though not as regularly as I did whilst living in Durban. I am an avid movie goer and enjoy watching both English and Hindi movies. I don't believe that I could ever answer the question of what my favourite movie is as I will be hard pressed to narrow it down to any single title. I now hope that you know a bit more about me and that this will prompt you to contact me. About my family I have a small close knit family. My father is a retired policeman and my mother is a homemaker. I have 2 younger sisters who I am very close to. Ours is a traditional family with a modern outlook.
